The carton is not sealed tightly

This fault is often caused by uneven inner layer of the carton; uneven sealing pressure; low sealing temperature, etc.
Troubleshooting method:
(1) Remove unqualified carton materials.
(2) Adjust the sealing pressure.
(3) Increase the heat sealing temperature.

Improper sealing

This fault is often caused by incorrect position of the hot melt glue machine.
Troubleshooting method: Re-adjust the position of the hot melt glue machine.

The incorrect cartoning position deviates too much from the middle of the color mark, etc.

Cause: The position of the photoelectric switch (electric eye) is incorrect.
Troubleshooting method: Re-adjust the position of the photoelectric switch (electric eye).

Color mark positioning and photoelectric tracking compensation are out of control.

This fault is often caused by the carton encountering seams and rough edges; there are debris in the former, causing poor paper feeding; the carton jumps out of the guide paper of the photoelectric switch (electric eye); the light spot of the photoelectric switch (electric eye) deviates from the color mark; the sensitivity of the photoelectric switch is poor, and the light and dark movement are used incorrectly.
Troubleshooting method:
(1) Remove unqualified cartons.
(2) Clean the former to make the paper feeding smooth.
(3) Insert the carton into the guide paper.
(4) Adjust the left and right positions of the guide paper so that the light spot is in the middle of the color mark.
(5) Replace the photoelectric switch and select the light and dark movement switch correctly.

The paper feeding motor does not rotate or keeps rotating.

This fault is often caused by the paper feeding control lever being stuck; the paper feeding proximity switch being damaged; the starting capacitor being damaged; the fuse being broken.
Troubleshooting method:
(1) Solve the cause of the jam.
(2) Replace the paper feeding proximity switch. (3) Replace the starting capacitor.
(4) Replace the fuse.

The cardboard is not pulled (the cardboard pulling motor does not run).

This fault is often caused by circuit fault; cardboard pulling proximity switch damage; automatic cartoning machine controller fault; stepper motor driver fault, etc.
Troubleshooting method:
(1) Check the circuit and troubleshoot.
(2) Replace the bag pulling proximity switch.
(3) Replace the automatic cartoning machine controller.
(4) Replace the stepper motor driver
