Inner packaging is the most basic form of packaging, including direct packaging and intermediate packaging. Direct packaging is a form of packaging in which the packaged object and the packaging material are in direct contact. Such as candy paper packaging, beverage bottle packaging, laundry detergent bag packaging, toothpaste hose packaging, etc. Intermediate packaging is to package the directly packaged products again according to a certain quantity or pattern, such as packaging in bottles or bags and then in cartons, or combined packaging of cosmetic series.
Outer packaging is to collect a certain number of products that have been packaged internally and repackage them for the convenience of transportation and storage. Outer packaging is mostly packed in cardboard or wooden boxes, with plastic or iron flat straps. Moisture-proof items should be lined with plastic film, and shock-proof items should be cushioned with foam plastic. The specifications, dimensions and markings of the outer packaging should comply with relevant national standards.
The main food packaging methods include bottling, canning, boxing, bagging, boxing, wrapping, bundling, etc., which can be selected according to the nature of the product, storage and use requirements, regional sales habits and customer psychology. The same product can have a variety of different packaging methods, such as hardcover, simple packaging, bulk; large packaging, small packaging, family packaging; or bottling, boxing, canning, and bagging. Quantitative feeding device: Sort, measure, arrange and transport the items to the predetermined station.
Sorting and feeding device:Quantitatively cut or sort and arrange the packaging materials or containers and transport them to the predetermined station.
Main conveying device: A device that transports the packaging items and materials from one station to the next station in sequence. This device can be omitted for single-station packaging machines.
Packaging execution device: A device that directly performs packaging operations such as wrapping, filling, sealing, labeling, and bundling.
Finished product output device:This is a device that unloads the packaged finished product from the packaging execution device and sends it away from the packaging machine.
Power machine and transmission device: The power machine is generally an electric motor. The transmission device includes a reducer, a transmission and conversion mechanism for power and motion, and can be in various forms such as mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electromagnetic, and optical.
Control device: It includes the indication and control device for packaging speed, pressure, temperature, and action time, the monitoring and control device for packaging quantity and quality, and various automatic protection devices for the machine.
Machine body:It is used to support and fix the relevant parts to maintain their specified working positions and play a certain protective role for the machine. Its structure should be easy to operate and maintain, and its appearance should be as beautiful as possible.
